Quality of materials, ingredients, work space, delivery and customer service are all important regardless of which homemade products you wish to sell on Zvonr. You want to be friendly, professional and ensure the quality of the product being provided to our buyers. We do our due diligence in ensuring customer satisfaction, and you should to. 

Here's a tip- If you excel in one area, set higher quantity limits for that item, if other items take more time or attention than set the quantity limits to a lower number that you know is achievable. This avoids poor ratings!

You can set your own pace, but at times this can be a fast pace environment, and in such cases it can be beneficial to combine products or food items for quick turn around. Combo's work well in a city environment.  

In some instances it could work well for you to sell in bulk, it all depends on the client and location, these are things you should consider.

When working with food you should change up the menu from time to time to intrigue return buyers and excite new buyers.  Another tip is to keep customer favourites readily available. 

When providing most products or services, you should add new listings consistently to inspire new sales, and increase your number of prospective clients. 

We recommend you share your link on social media, and advertise your new business as much as possible, this helps everyone grow their business.

If you are unable to deliver, you can opt out of this service by using the settings in your service profile, so that buyers know it is a pickup only. You should confirm pick up location before accepting the purchase (pickup point could be any place near your home, or even your home address if you have no concerns in regards to privacy)

As a seller, protect yourself by documenting as much as possible, to ensure you are covered if a dispute arises.  We recommend you take photos as evidence.
Consider, how will you prove that you delivered your order if someone says they didn't receive it?  How will you show zvonr that you packed your order efficiently if your customer claims you spilled their order?  We feel that photos, messages, text messages, phone calls etc are a good way to ensure your safety and that you don't get taken advantage of. Please refrain from taking photos of buyers though, as this might cross the line. keep the photos and any documentation organized until the payout is processed without any issue or complaint.

There are service perimeter, delivery charge and minimum order  feautures set by the seller which are stated in your profile. The seller has total control over their home business and they hold the right to accept or decline the order, on whatever basis they choose, we will not interfere with their right.  Buyers should not confuse perimeter radius with the browsing radius they searched for. If a buyer finds a seller by browsing a radius of 6 km, but the seller only has perimeter of 1km then the seller may refuse to deliver, this is their right.

Zvonr will receive commission of 15% on the total amount of every sale you make.  Account for this in your pricing, but for your own success try to have competitive prices.

We try to mitigate the risk of your dissatisfaction by evaluating the sellers and eliminating those who do not meet our code of ethics. If you do find yourself displease with an order, please communicate the issue with both the seller and support@zvonr.com, and we will work together to resolve the matter.

Please remember the importance of rating the sellers, so that we can prevent unqualified or bad rating sellers from continuing selling in our platform.   In case of unfulfilled delivery or totally unacceptable problems on goods, after examination of evidence from both sides, we will not hesitate to make a refund on behalf of the seller.

You are in control of this, you are able to set a service distance from within the app, you can set your account to pick up only and choose your location for each pick up (home, office, coffee shop etc.), you can set the app to delivery only and set the distance which suits you, or you can set to pick up and delivery so you can cater to both as you please.

Sellers get paid usually every Tuesday for the sales made the previous week.

Simple! Upload your ID, provide accurate contact information and banking information and start listing items for sale. You can start selling once we approve you as a seller. In  some instances, you are required to pass our inspections  in order to çontinue selling consumables on zvonr!

No, you control pick up or drop off location. The buyer and seller will choose a location that suits everyone, or the sale doesn't take place.

Payment completion is necessary to place an order with the seller which is done before delivery or pickup , the seller however, won't get paid until we have ensured your satisfaction. It is safe to pay in advance, we promise. We've got you covered! That's our job!

We will closely examine facts and evidence relevant to the dispute and use our absolute best judgement to ensure a positive resolution for the buyer and seller, and in the event that your order was not fulfilled as agreed upon, compensation will be granted. We are here to support you from start to finish.

Our main focus is home made cuisine, however we don't just love home made food and baked goods, Zvonr wants to support all at home earners to promote and sell their home made products. We strongly believe in the value of growing our surrounding economy through promoting self earners anyway we can. Examples of things you could sell are home grown veggies, flower arrangements, cakes by your design, maybe you enjoy making candy apples? Or lasagna? Perhaps Woodworking is your thing?
